We love coming to headliners and Ferdi gets the cut right everytime. He’s so good with my 7 year old son and always takes his time and pays attention to detail. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
I am not a person who puts reviews. I should be but I just never take the time. That all changed today. I called my Barber at Headlines Barber Shop in Bexley. His name is Ferdi. This was a Sunday afternoon, I mentioned I was having some major meetings this week and needed to get a cut in but schedule was going to be incredibly tight so I was going to try and work it in one day when he was working. He said come in now I am here. Obviously I was shocked and said no this is your day off and you work all week long. Ferdi insisted saying it was in his heart to help me out knowing how important this week was to me. When I got there these pics are what I found. He was cleaning the ac vents, the lights, the tops of the mirrors where the normal cleaning crews don't go. When I asked why are you here on your day off climbing a ladder and doing this? He responded that some co-workers and customers he knows have breathing issues and he knew the built up of dusts affects their experience so he wanted to make sure the environment was clean even, the parts no one else can see or bother to clean. Not only does he care about his clients obviously but he cares about his co-workers and his co-workers customers!! Headlines I don't know who the owner is but you have an amazing employee in Ferdi. I recommend anyone who hasn't yet experienced the friendly staff at Headlines Bexley to run there and see for yourself. They are each personable and competent and great. Every time I go I hear and see smiles from all the customers. For me Ferdi has gone so far above and beyond and I can truly say he has made an impact to me personally helping me today and many times before. Today’s experience was something I have never seen before in my life though. Well done Headlines, well done and thank you Mr. Ferdi!
We LOVE Bexley Headlines! Ferdi always cuts my son’s hair, and he always does a phenomenal job! My 4 year old loves going and he is very patient with him! Ferdi takes his time and makes sure his hair is exactly how I like it! I highly recommend!
Haven’t had a haircut yet but I saw some nice ones going on when I came in. The reason I am posting is my boy who’s in a wheelchair rolled in this storefront yesterday after pulling over having some heat issues. They took care of him like he was family with ice water a coke and a cool towel then let him chill til I could come scoop him. These young men not only have a nice clean professional shop and all, but they are damn good people as well. Much respect!
Highly recommend Liz! She’s fantastic with kids and does an amazing job with fades and modern styles. My 6-year-old recently transitioned to a modern mullet, and Liz once again exceeded our expectations. She’s detail-oriented, patient, and takes the time to ensure both he and I are happy with the result. Can’t recommend her enough!
This place had the feel of an inner-city barbershop where the guys were chatting sports and having a good time. It was very clean and welcoming inside. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Carlos. He was really pleasant. We had a quick chat about what I wanted and he got to work. He did an outstanding job and exceeded my expectations. Overall, five stars all day. I'll be a regular at this place.
Thank you Headlines for having Eddie because my dawg has me right all the time. The shop is located in a very nice plaza. The staff is top notch and respectful. The vibe in the shop is in a league of its own. Love it. They stuck with me every week!
I’ve been taking my son to Eli for almost 2 years now, and I couldn’t be happier. Not only does Eli do an excellent job with haircuts, but he is very friendly and patient. My son can be a bit shy, but he always makes him feel at ease with friendly conversation and a warm attitude. Highly recommend Eli for anyone looking for a skilled and welcoming barber!
